Shipping policy
Flutterfleye offers domestic and International shipping. We ship from the U.S. If you are placing your order from another country, keep in mind that shipping will take longer as your package moves through the networks.
Standard/ Average shipping & delivery estimates:
U.S. : 2-7 days
International : 2-4 weeks ( *Be aware of your countries international customs fees prior to placing your order as Flutterfleye does not pay your countries customs fees.)
Please note that the above shipping times are estimates based on our customers average order history and do not reflect an exact window. It can take longer or shorter timing depending on the shipping couriers.
Your Package
Flutterfleye Lashes does not replace/refund shipped packages for any reason once the delivery status has been marked by the courier as DELIVERED. Once your package leaves our facility, it adopts the policy of the mail courier, USPS. Please note, if you placed your order within 2 weeks of a Nationally Recognized Holiday (before or after the holiday), there is likely going to be shipping delays as your package moves through the couriers network. This is beyond our control. If your package is obviously lost (Never marked as delivered by the courier) no worries, we can replace your package.
For any initial package issues, please contact USPS who can better assist you. They would need to speak to you since it is your package.

Exception: Incorrect Shipping Address (prior to your order shipping only)
If you provided the incorrect address at check out, please contact us immediately at fluttferfleyelashes@gmail.com so we can make the necessary correction(s). *We can only update incorrect addresses if your package has not been shipped. If your package has been shipped, you would need to contact USPS directly for assistance so they can redirect the package to the correct address.

We are an online only store. There are no pick up areas.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday, 7am-2pm, EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Please allow 1-2 days processing time. (Add more days if you placed your order on a Holiday/Weekend)
Please note: Once your package gets picked by USPS, an estimated delivery date will be available to view within your tracking link. This is an estimate that comes directly from USPS and is not guaranteed by USPS, it is just their estimation.
If you pay for your order via E-Check, your order will ship when your E-check clears and we receive payment. This depends on your bank and how long it takes your bank to process/approve the transaction.
