Refund/Return

Because of the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, we have a ONE-day return policy, which means you have ONE day after receiving your item to visually inspect it and request a return.

To be eligible for a return and for sanitation reasons your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not opened, not handled, not worn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have handled or/or worn your lashes, it would not be eligible for return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at flutterfleyelashes@gmail.com. If your return/Refund is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have a customer account, you can manage your return there.

Damages and issues
We do our best to inspect your order prior to shipping in addition to our quality assurance testing. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item seems defective, damaged or the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work with you on exchanges for reasonable requests. 


Sale Items/ Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Approved Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. This is beyond the control of Flutterfleye Lashes so please be patient.
